    Starting off strong

As I am making this post, I’m sitting in my dark house with no electricity! we had a horrible storm last night and it’s been our sense maybe 11:30pm last night and has yet to come on. So I need to make this post early before my phone is completely dead

Very intense leg workout! Legs were shaking by the end of it. Really push yourself with this one by doing as much weight as you can (for leg press) and then doing as many reps as you can!

1c) 3x8 DB Chest Press

2a) 3x15 Goblet Squat
.
2b) 3x10/per leg Open Stance Lunge
.
2c) 3x8-6-4 DB Incline Press
.
3a) 3x8 Reverse lunge into curtsy lunge
.
3b) 3x12 Elevated Power Reverse Lunge
.
3c) 3xAMRAP Chin Up/ Pull Up

    hey friends, i hope everyone is having a good day:-) it’s been three very stressful weeks and i’m tryin to bounce back so if you see me being active again, mind ya business and hire me as your trainer bc i’m good at it and i get you results that you want/need🤩 * * ps. i might post a vid this week so keep ya eyes posted & can we talk about how much blue is my color🥶

    Post pescatarian: I looooved the pescatarian diet. I only did it for two weeks and I felt a difference. Was less bloated, had an easier time digesting food, less stomach aches, and I felt so good. After doing it I realize that although our body does need protein, it doesn’t need to be filled with meat and dairy products. There are other healthy alternatives that are full of protein and are more nutritious. I am going to start trying to get my protein intake in other ways when I am able to and limit how much red meat I eat.  As a personal trainer I love trying new “diets” or ways of eating so I’m able to give clients my opinion or advice. I suggest trying new diets and find things that work or don’t work for you so you can feel your best!

Do the Smith Machine Squats with heavier weight and you can try various stances when doing this exercise. Using a heavier weight is key for maintaining muscle tissue and keeping your metabolism high while dieting. Keep your rest periods short for the rest of this workout routine. ⠀

To make the workout more intense, you can superset the Leg Presses with Goblet Squats and Barbell Reverse Lunges with Leg Extensions.

    Oh good grief, another shirtless gym pic. Yeah, well this one's got a little meaning to it. I stepped on the scale (swipe right) and noticed something incredible- I finally broke 200lbs. For the scrawny, dorky little dude that had trouble gaining weight a few years ago I've come a long way. This was a major milestone for me. 
This one's for everyone out there that faces daily health challenges and obstacles in your lives. Whether you're trying to gain weight, lose weight, improve your labs, blood pressure, performance, etc- it all starts with that first step.There's an incredibly rediculous amount of misinformation online and an even greater number of people that will feed you misinformation themselves  There are no fancy fad diets, no quick trick teas, wraps, mislabelled supplements, etc that are going to do what you want. Just simple intake versus energy output. Keep it simple. 
Set realistic goals and achieve them, and as always, don't be afraid to ask for help. It's your body, your health, your life. Take control of it.

    I dont know how to pose with my arms ... but um here it is lmaoo.. I can see some definition on my arms coming thru . Yaaaaassssssss . ( dont mind the bruise/scratch I have there.. we rescued a doggie from getting injected and when we introduced him to my kitty ...welll yeah lol you know how that went  lol )
