Worked on my hip rotation this session and keeping my arms in line during the pull to come past my thigh.     #confidenceBe true to who you are, always💥 #loveyourself- - For those of you that have known me for many years, you know the struggles I've been through with my weight and body image in the past. For those of you that don't know me, let's just say I didn't get to where I am in only a few months -- it was definitely years in the making, and I still continue to work on myself every day. I've come a really long way in my health and fitness journey and worked very hard over the years to get to where I am! Not only have I achieved my weight loss goals, but I've also achieved something even more important - being able to love myself for all my beauty AND all of my flaws💓 Although I still have some things I want to work on, my focus has shifted more towards trying to be my strongest self, than trying to be my thinnest self! I now use my workouts to focus on my strength and endurance rather than just on losing weight! AND that is what brings me to something I've been thinking about for a while and will finally be putting out into the world! I'm starting a #30for30challengeon September 1st and am inviting all of you to join in with me! The challenge is just to focus on 30 minutes of working out each day for 30 days! This challenge is open to EVERYONE at EVERY fitness level! If you want to focus on adding more cardio to your routine, or building your strength, or building up your endurance OR you just simply want to get yourself into a healthier routine and need to start by adding a 30 minute workout to your day, then this challenge is for you!! There's no catch to this challenge, no negative consequences. This challenge is meant to uplift and empower each other and also help us keep each other accountable -- which is sometimes tough to do on your own!
