3. That’s how many days it takes to build momentum. So don’t stop now! I started my morning with Wk 1 Stronger of @transform_20, and do you know what I said during my last set of recovery taps? “I can do this!” My sinuses just had me feeling “off” today (I know you know what I mean), but instead of using that as an excuse, I pushed forward but was super aware of how my body was feeling every step of the way. Then came Built Stronger 1.0, and man-oh-man! #nofilterhere: I had to take a full on mini break, but that’s ok!!!! You’re supposed to listen to your body. The best part? When I hit play again, even those few seconds allowed me to have an extra burst of energy to push through the finish line stronger! If I would have been recording, you would have seen the look of pure frustration on my face—it happens to us all. What’s important is *how* we deal with moments like this. Don’t let a challenge become an excuse. Remember: if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you! Prove to yourself that you can be in control when you need to be stronger. 🙌🏻👊🏻

I felt this on a level I try not to pay attention to. There’s so much I miss. My home that I lived in forever was sold a few years ago after my parents divorced. My son will never know that house. Or play in the back yard... Or walk in to my moms thanksgiving dinner. It’s crazy that the life he’s going to live differs so much from my daughters. I miss eating BBQ chicken on the back patio while watching SVU marathons with my mom while my girls played. I’m so homesick lately for that time. It’s a different kind of heart ache to know it’s never coming back. I love my life and the home my husband and I have made for our children. I just kinda miss mine sometimes too. Sometimes I miss it so much I can’t really handle the emotion. 8 SP • Carl’s Jr Chicken Bacon Swiss Dup! • I had one of these actual burgers from Carl’s a few weeks ago (23 SP), and I forgot how much I love them! I decided then that I would find a way to make a WW version of this sandwich! This one is pretty freaking close to the other. I didn’t bread the chicken cause’ who’s got time for that! Ha! But I didn’t need too! I just seasoned my chicken breast with a little of the @mccormickspiceHamburger seasoning. I noticed their bun was kinda sweet, so I found these Franz Hawaiian buns for 5SP. So good guys! And they are huge! 👆🏼Swipe for Details! 💕

I DID NOT WANT TO GO TO THE GYM TODAY! I started off by making all the excuses as to why I couldn’t make it to the gym today, until I finally got up put my gym clothes on and had that hard talk with myself. I just started thinking about how me sitting on the couch watching tv was not getting me any closer to my goals. While I haven’t been on my journey long I have learned that these are the days that matter. The days that you don’t have motivation, don’t want to work out, want to eat like crap are the days that produce results. This is what separates the people that achieve their goals and the people that don’t. It’s all about showing up even when you don’t want to. I told myself just go and at least get some cardio done and if you still don’t want to be there then come home. Well needless to say as many of you know, once you are there you start to feel it and I ended up doing an hour of cardio (so I could watch tv) and then killing upper body day.
