After doing them for years, I’m still always trying to improve my form. However, these are some of the most common issues I see. You want to make sure you’re not rounding your back. This usually also goes along with keeping your hips too high. On the opposite side of that, you also don’t want to keep your hips too low and “squat” the weight up. You should make sure you nail your form down before you start increasing the weight.     “PROJECT BAD SELFIES NOT IN FRAME” (I took a lot trying to decide how to kill my hair with a colour change this weekend) “PROJECT BARRICADE THE TREADMILL” Not recommended to Tachy which is being masked by steroids they bring the H/R down. So yes I’m sick, I’m always sick lol my GP said go to hospital after 10 days of antibiotics didn’t work. He listened to my chest & said it’s NO GOOD with your asthma Renae but hears a different 10 day dose of antibiotics & some steroids then don’t come back, go to hospital now, later just don’t come back here until you’re healthy. Chest sounds ok 👌 ATM but steroids & lazy. So “KIDDY LOCK TREADMILL” hospital to go bag, socks (there not all odd like me 😂 the partnerships are underneath) & some other BS🤬. So the plan is make the most of the steroids get the house crystal clean, dinners organised in my absence. Until I’m unable to move without huffing & puffing I’ll decide tomorrow or Sunday but it’s getting to that point. It brews I go to early it won’t show up & then I have to return. It’s tricky, Hmmm I’m gonna squat though need Peaches 🍑 in cute condition and light weights. No one said I can’t do that 😉 Until the next instalment back to cleaning up the mess I made in haste to give presents to my niece. Im kinda glad I want to do a makeup 💄 course this will keep the makeup stash huge. Besides I’m to generous & it’s something i have to work on, I’m not sure what went wrong there I hate it when ppl don’t tell ya straight up this is an issue. Even if that issue was noted on the day “shit Ryan we have to go your cousins going to be late for work” we thank them I apologise in the same sentence and again going to the car. Again in messenger....... What ya gonna do none of it made sense 3 weeks later.     Чем больше рву - тем хуже получается. Вот такая вот непонятная фигня, реально чем больше тренируюсь по ТА, тем хуже и менее технично получается, а я ведь боХ техники ( но это не точно), по этому решил отдохнуть от нее хотя бы месяцок. А тут вот на днях решил сделать Emom 1 рывкок 90кг в начале каждой минуты, чисто посмотреть на какой минуте я сдохну. Рассчитывал выйти за 10 минут, но получилось 7 рывков, 8 уже ну такой, чисто брореп, а 9 не осилил. Результатом не доволен, НО очень рад что не развалились плечи, но это уже скорей не моя заслуга, а Ростропина! ростропин.рф Всем спорт! P.S.     Plain and simple, I believe this to my core and it’s why I do what I do. • There’s so many people out there living with chronic injuries, waking up with aches and pains every single day and think that’s just part of normal life. It doesn’t have to be a part of normal life. • Even if you’ve tried all the conventional methods that society tells you to do to get rid of pain and have had no results from it, just know you’re not broken for good. If your body hurts right now and you feel like you have no choice but to live with it, just know there is hope for you, and there is something you haven’t tried 🙌🏼
