One of my biggest concerns when I was pregnant with Berkley (my first) was whether or not I’d be able to get back to the physical level I was at before getting pregnant. Well, that was a silly concern because not only did I, I surpassed the physical level I was at. Now that I’m postpartum with Asher (6 weeks this coming Monday) and have started working out again, I found myself thinking the same thing for a moment. I lost a lot of muscle, again, and I gained more fat, again. **ETA: to be expected with pregnancy. I know all of this. I have to try hard sometimes to not get in my own head and to slow down. Like with everything, change takes time and patience. Where I was before babies is a good reference point of what I am striving to get back to, BUT this time I’m wanting to push further, especially mentally. I tend to hold myself back more than I’d like to admit, and that annoys me. SO! Once I get the all clear Thursday from my doctor (yes, I’m working out and ran before getting cleared...because again, I know my body), I will be starting @andyfrisella#75hard.If you don’t know what that is....go check out his page in his highlights to read what it’s all about. Além disso, também são trabalhados exercícios de levantamento de peso e ginástica. É um treino que utiliza inicialmente o peso do corpo como sobrecarga nos exercícios e, conforme o aluno evolui, é necessário incluir pesos externos. . . É importante ter alguns cuidados na hora de praticar: . . ➡ O incremento das cargas e a complexidade dos exercícios devem ser progressivos e graduais para que possam ter os benefícios do esporte sem incorrer em grandes riscos à saúde; . . ➡ Pessoas com doenças graves ou lesões preexistentes devem comunicar o problema ao coach para realizar os exercícios de forma adaptada; . . ➡ Respeitar o seu limite sem exagerar. TODAYS FOOD 🥘 ~ Swipe to see how I eat on a typical day with VSG. My daily kcal goal is 1400 kcal, divided on 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat. These goals has been defined by my personal trainer, taking my physical activity into account👌🏽 ~ My total kcal intake today = 1267 kcal.
