    EXERCISE OF THE WEEK! This week’s exercise is a variation of a banded glute bridge. The band is used to increase the resistance and activation of the glutes. The band goes around the hips and is anchored to the ground using your hands. Squeeze your glutes and raise your hips off the ground, maintaining neutral spine. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower back down. Continue for desired repetitions. If you have not completed a glute bridge before, it is best that you start without the band and focus on smooth movement, engaging glutes and pushing up equally so that hips remain level throughout movement.
