When it comes to the deadlift, alot of times we either don't have to strength or range of motion to do it properly. . Here's a few tips that we hope help you master one of the most important primal movements 👇 . 1️⃣ 1st start off the rack, this will help you strengthen the most important part of the movement which is the hinge . 2️⃣ Ensure you maintain the same lumbar curve from the start of the bend to the finish . 3️⃣ And lastly, make sure your bar path is linear, this will prevent you from straining your back throughout, and will keep the centre of mass within your glutes and hamstrings! .     FIVE! HUNDRED! POUND! DEADLIFT!💯💯💯💯💯 • I set a goal at the beginning of 2019 to hit a 1315lb Total (Squat, Bench, Deadlift), and I’m currently at 1260lbs (500Deadlift, 475Squat, 285Bench). Overall I’d need to get to a 500 deadlift, 500 squat and 315 bench. I’ve upped my max on bench 20 lbs already since mid November, and deadlifts and squats are feeling the best they ever have. I believe I’m fully capable of reaching this goal, but it’s gonna take some work in order to get there in the next 3 weeks that’s for sure! • S/o to everybody that’s motivated me to this point!
