The way down didn’t feel bad, coming out of the hole didn’t feel bad, but right at the top hurt like hell on my last 5 reps. I was getting lightheaded and you can even see me lose my balance on rep 15 or 16 at the top.     COMMITTED OR INTERESTED? This week I will be traveling for work and I really believe this will be a test for me. Am I committed or interested? Will I go to the gym? Will I meal prep/stay on track calorie wise? I am doing everything in my power to set myself up for success while I am gone. The only thing left to chance is me and my choices every moment of everyday. Is this just a hobby to you that you only care about when the circumstances are right? Or do you care enough to make it work when you are out of your comfort zone?
