    This week was an ah-ha moment for me. In past preps/cuts/whatever you want to call them, I'd find myself picking apart what was wrong with my physique...my abs aren't defined enough...my legs aren't coming in lean enough...etc. Today I had two things that I liked about my current physique. 1) my waist looked great in a dress I wore today 2) my legs are feeling "harder" and looking leaner. But guess what? Scale is not moving. I need to get the "s" word out of my vocabulary for awhile. Time to focus on the good things, be patient, and ride this out. I found myself to be much happier when I thought about the good things today. @glamgirlbikiniAlso, a cute outfit helps.
