    Try some eccentric work on your pull-ups with a low bar on smith machine, on an assisted pull-up machine or with the assistance of bands. I like to start and/or end my back workouts with some form of pull-ups. If you don’t have pull-ups in your workout, I don’t know how you expect to build a wide back‼️

    CAULI OATS🤩🤤 - So I was inspired by @lalasplateto make these cauliflower OATS! 🤗I am a huge lover of ZUCCHINI oats so I couldn't wait to give it a try. I am happy to report that it was a success ( I did need to cook them for a bit longer than usual). The consistency was AMAZING and I couldn’t even taste the cauliflower!🤩🤩🤩🤩 - INGREDIENTS 1 cup Almond Milk ¾ cup Oats ½ cup Cauli Rice (finely grated cauliflower) - METHOD Place almond milk and water in a saucepan and wait till boiling Add the oats and cook for 5 mins stirring occasionally Add the cauli rice and cook for another 10 mins until it reaches your desired consistency.     As promised earlier guys heres a glimpse into my back and biceps workout from today 🏋️ 1. One arm preacher curl. 2. Lat pulldown (row grip) 3. Bicep curls (alt arm) 4. a) Lat pulldown (wide grip) b) lat pulldown (under hand close grip) 5. Isolation peak bicep curls As you can see guys all these exercises performed incorporate both bicep and back movements either as prime or secondary (synergist) movers.     Learning to let it go ✨ . This week I allowed myself to feel some real emotions and on Monday spent all day super mad. Not at anyone or anything, was just mad. . Tuesday, I felt free. I had allowed myself to feel whatever I needed to on Monday without pressuring myself into being a certain way. . The last couple of weeks I have let go, taken steps and am moving forward from emotions, situations and people that don’t serve my current self. In the same respect, I allowed myself to heal some old wounds too and get closure. . Guess what, I feel amazing! The release of expectations of my emotions or actions and others is allowing my body to heal. . So, here I am today. Feeling light, lean and a hell of a lot less bloated.     Almost two weeks ago, I hurt my shoulder...not sure how, looks like more of a repetitive strain injury (part of being a busy PT🤷🏼‍♀️) so I’ve had to stop most of my training and change to very light weights on isolated lower body movements mostly. After feeling a bit sorry for myself for the first 5 days, I snapped out of it and have been making sure I stick 100% to my macros, which I’ve dropped slightly and trying my best to get 15,000 steps in a day, because I can’t even run. I’m in the middle of a Challenge and still want to get to the end. I might not ‘win’ the prize, but I’m still going to see changes in my shape by doing this!
