In truth, I haven’t been to the gym in about 3 weeks (minus three days where I did go). My eating habits have not been the best, until Ramadan started, and I have been the most laziest I’ve been in awhile. • I have been in a fog, but now I feel more clear with all aspects in my life. I know who I am, and who I want to be; I’m ready to replenish myself, learn, and continue to grow. • I want to be able to be raw with you guys, I want to be able to inspire and share my story. For some of you it may be beneficial and helpful, and for others it might be pointless. So... here is to my ‘new year’. This is where I replenish, this is where I let myself reach full potential, and become disciplined.
