    🚨BALSAMIC ROASTED VEGETABLES . ✳INGREDIENTS: ▪Low carb potatoes ▪Carrots ▪Beetroot ▪Sweet Potatoes ▪Brussel Sprouts ✳SPICES ▪Balsamic Vinegar/Balsamic Glaze ▪Oil (if you’re allowed) ▪Salt & Pepper ▪Garlic Salt ▪Onion Salt . ✳METHOD 1⃣Pre-heat your oven to 180C (350F) 2⃣Cut all the vegetables into even sized pieces and place on a baking tray 3⃣Season the vegetables with oil (if allowed) balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic salt and onion salt 4⃣Place in your pre-heated oven and bake for 30-40mins or until all vegetables are evenly cooked 5⃣Allow to cool slightly and then weigh your vegetables to suit your portion size . ⬇VIEW ALL MY RECIPES⬇ 📲visit RyanSpiteri.com Tag your workout buddy!     I hadn't filmed my squats in a while. Today was leg day so my main lift of the day was a 5x5 squat. Next is leg press which I like to go heavy as a quad builder. After that the dreaded calf raise 10x4 and really contracting at the top. Hamstrings are a muscle that is underrated the leg curl machine is great for getting an all around thick leg.     *PUSH PULL LEGS* by @skiman.factual.fitness -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow@P.T.Petefor daily fitness/nutrition tips & education📚 - What the diagram shows us here is simple PPL exercises, so you can familiarize yourself with what the PPL looks like, it's always a great refresher for those wanting to know which exercises belong to which. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So why would you want to incorporate this type of training style, is that for some time now in the fitness realm push, pull, legs has been known for allowing plenty of recovery time, trains all muscle groups and can be implemented several different ways for flexibility in schedules, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ These types of programs can be range in frequency of 3-6 days a week depending on how well your recovery is going and how much work you are willing to spend at the gym. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So the push pull legs routine, or “PPL split,” is a weightlifting program that has you do three kinds of workouts: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1). Push workout -Chest, triceps and shoulders ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2). Pull workout -Back, biceps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3). Legs workout -Quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So you may be thinking, Ski this looks like a bro split, well yes and no.     Entrena tus gemelos! ➡️ El gemelo es un músculo muy genético , existen personas que se matan trabajando los gemelos día tras día y no crecen, mientras otras personas solo las entrenan 1 veces a la semana y con eso es suficiente. Por lo cual si quieres hacer crecer tus gemelos debes: ✔️ Entrenarlos con altas cargas, ya que el gemelo es un músculo que se encuentra siempre en constante trabajo día tras día , al caminar, correr, saltar, etc. ✔️ El gemelo se divide en dos músculos tanto el gastrocnemio y el soleo. Estos se activan de manera distinta según los ejercicios. ✔️ Realizar ejercicios de pie son para enfocarse en el gastrocnemio, mientras que los ejercicios sentado son para enfocarse en el soleo. ✔️ Entrenar el gastrocnemio en potencia, es decir los ejercicios con piernas extendidas deben ejercutarse de esta forma. ✔️ Realizar ejercicios sentado en forma mas lenta, de esta manera nos enfocaremos en el soleo. ✔️ Realizar frecuencia de entreno mínimo 2 veces por semena. ✔️ Agregar algun ejercicio unilateral, para fortalecer cada pierna de manera individual.
