    Rest day today, normally DOMS has been hitting me the second day after a workout but my glutes and hammys have sure felt it towards the end of today! 😣 BWEKFAST: 50g Oats, 1 banana, 2 scoops whey & handful of frozen fruit salad. (Was a refreshing addition for my tastebuds that last bit!) Lunch: chicken curry, 446 cals in total I believe, nice and tasty, also snacked on a kit kat, some peanuts and sultanas throughout the day too.
