Why get a small size when my tummy can fit a large. Let's finish off with maybe..definitely dessert! 😂 I definitely don't restrict myself like I used to a couple of years ago! Why should I? I'm much happier this way! It's totally different if your trying to lose weight or have a specific goal in mind but if your like me and it's the middle of winter and your not going to be wearing a bikini for at least another 6 months then binging a bit on the weekend ain't going to kill ya! It's totally normal, it does happen especially after pizza and flavoured caramel popcorn 😋🙈 I try my best to eat healthy on a regular basis but once a week I do like to treat myself to pizza which is very high in sodium which makes me bloated the next day. So what helps with debloating? Here are my top tips 👉👉👉 -Drink lots of water 💧 water can help with sodium retention and it's actually great for detoxing, as it will make you go go go 🚽 and help flush all the sodium out. -Training!🏋 Getting a good HIIT/WEIGHTS Workout will also help you feel less bloated, I also recommend adding an abs circuit after your workout as a finisher. -Stress relief activities 🕉 like yoga, meditation, and even seeing a close relative or friend has been proven to relieve stress and make you feel happy, as sometimes bloating can be caused by stress. -Sleep! 💤 This might seem silly, but there has been proven scientific studies that a good night's sleep can help with feeling less bloated. These are my top tips! Probably. ⁠⠀ Start watching youtube workout videos? Check.⁠⠀ Sign up for a bazillion newsletters, podcasts, and weekly fitness tips? Consider it done.⁠⠀ Take all the advice from your sister, best friend, and co-workers (often unsolicited)?     I often speak about being fit for life – in fact when I first set up my business it was my slogan “BFIT for life”. Fitness isn’t about an event or a holiday it is about being healthy and looking after yourself daily. - - Personally I want to feel great all of the time not just some of the time. - - I have some tips, which, I think may help if you are not motivated to workout right now. - - Do you have a goal? What is it? Think about it. To say I want to lose weight isn’t enough when the stresses of life take over. You need to go deeper than that! Why do you want to lose weight? How will you feel if you don’t lose the weight? Asking yourself these questions will not only lead you to your goal but will help you to stay motivated. Make sense? - - Can’t get started? Don’t overthink it, just do it. Don’t give your mind a chance to talk you out of it. Shut that little voice down. Regardless of how you are feeling, workout anyway. Don’t let your emotions take over. - - Right down how you feel after a workout, or make a mental note of how you feel because holding on to that feeling is going to help you stay in it. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t feel amazing after a completed workout. I hope this helps 🥰
