How To – Set up the boxes on angle. Lay your arms flat on the boxes and wrap your hands around the edge of the box for stability. Your arm should be straight with your elbows locked. Starting with your feet on the ground, go into a tuck position on the boxes. Then, extend your body vertical and lower down in a controlled manner while keeping your body straight. Repeat.  @gregtheovercomer demonstrates in today's video.

Tip – You can regress this movement by trying it in a tuck position. As you build strength and mastery, you can slowly progress out to your body being completely straight.

In this account, I will share with you guys a lot of secrets I acquired after 10 years intrest in fitness.

The key is to calculate your macros. The way to calculate your macros is as follow; 
Your body wieght* 12 or 13 or 14 or 15 or 16 
The number from 12 to 17 is dependent on your level of activity.  If you have very active job you are 16. If you are computer engineer as myself. You are at the 12 end! 
Let's say me; 
I wieght 188 lb 
My level of activity is 14

188* 14 = 2632 calories.

That's  TDEE 
Total Daily Energy Expansion. 
The calories number to maintain your current wieght.

To lose 1 lb of fat every week you will have to be in -500 caloric deficit. Which means you have to eat less than 500 calories of your TDDE= your wieght in pounds × Level of activity 
Best to burn 500 calories a day or 200 of food 300 of cardio.

Your macros using my fitness pal should be 40% 30% %30 
Your protein should be at least .8 for every lb. 
And that's it. If you want to gain wieght  the leaner mass you gain the closer you set your surplus to TDEE

    Sunday again already! 🥺 after a few bevs with some of the girls from MK Trainer on Friday night at Revs, a PT session followed on Saturday morning as per usual and I managed to do a full sit up without any assistance! I’ve been jumping for joy these last couple of days! I’ve come so far in just a couple months with improving my workouts and nutrition! ————————————
These past couple of days I’ve been really on the go. Back in the day I would have given up on my workouts and eating healthy.

Instead, I’ve adjusted and kept going. I’ve done my workouts in the morning before anyone gets going. While eating, I stay mindful!  I’ve packed snacks, read the menu carefully and stuck to my morning routine. I will admit, I have eaten tacos and drank beer. You know what though, that is ok! They aren’t going to damage me or stop me from moving forward! ⭐️

Coming at you with another legday workout. Today's focus is the bottom of the glutes, the underbutt. These exercises will help lift that booty & help achieve that peachy look.

WARMUP - Please don't forget to warm up your glutes before you get into the actual workout. If you guys aren't too sure on how to do that & would like to see a video comment below.

 Hip Thrust + Abduction
These are my go to/favorite exercise for growing my glutes. Begin seated on the floor, back against bench shoulder blades near top & have the bar rest above your hips, remember to use a pad or some type of protection otherwise it will HURT. Drive through your hips,  squeeze at the top, do an abduction & lower.

 Single-Leg Vertical Leg Press
Choose weight appropriate to you, I went to heavy on this one  so I was struggling a bit. To start lie underneath, middle of feet on bar, tucking in your knees.

 Vertical Leg Press
Superset right into this exercise, this time with both legs. If you're not familar with what a superset is, it's no rest right after you finish a set.

 Kneeling Squat
If you have bad knees like me, this squat is for you! Kneel behind bar, to protect knees use a mat, head looking forward, sit back with your butt until you touch your calves, return to starting.

 Seated Goodmornings
Can also be done standing, but I prefer doing this exercise seated. When lowering, push knees/butt out until seated & bend at the hips as much as possible, use pins if needed.

 Bulgarian Split Squat
This exercise is challenging, there are days when I can't even get the form right  When performing one foot will be resting on bench, other foot should be directly below knee, when lowering drop your knee that is resting on bench, & don't forget to squeeze.

 Bulgarian Split Squat (Bodyweight)
If your new at the exercise stick to bodyweight till you got that form down. For an extra challenge do a superset.

Every feeling is from our mind. 
You can lie to anyone else in the world but you cannot lie to yourself. 
Our lives improve only when we take chances, and the first and most difficult chance we can take is be honest with ourselves. 
Wanna change, we have to start stop lying, believe thing will happen when you make the effort, stop scare yourself!
