    🥴 Reducing Gut Inflammation/Bloating🥴 . 🥴 Let’s be honest, no one likes walking around uncomfortable due to bloating. While we can be bloated for a number of reasons, most can be reduced by forming a better relationship with food and avoiding ingredients that we may be intolerant to. . 🤗 Here are a few ways to reduce bloating: . 1. Don’t eat too much food at one time- when we force ourselves to finish our plates when we’re already full vs saving the rest as leftovers..this can lead to discomfort in our stomachs. . 2. Cut out food allergies and intolerances- eating foods that you are intolerant to can lead to excess gas, bloating and other discomforts. This means looking at some of the common food allergies like soy, nuts, eggs, gluten and dairy to see where the problem lies. . 3. Avoid carbonated drinks...this should be self explanatory 🤦🏾‍♂️. . 4. Try a low-fodmap diet- fodmap intolerance is usually linked with an imbalance in gut flora and anyone with a history of ibs, sibo, gut dysbiosis and others digestive issues are susceptible to fodmap intolerance. Here are some common high fodmap foods to watch for: - Wheat. - Beans. - Artichokes. - Onions. - Cauliflower....just to name a few. . 5. Take probiotics- some people are still unclear on the benefits of probiotics but they have numerous benefits including reducing gas production. After returning home from a day out I prepped my dinner for tomorrow. On days knowing I have a long work days (12 hour of works for me ) so prepped meals are crucial for me so I am prepared and can stay on track whilst at work. . . Here I made - 125g Quinoa and whole grain rice 1 Seabass fillet (air fried) Cajun stir fry peppers and onions 1 TBS hot sauce . . Took less than 15 mins to make this to keep me fuelled and stay on track.
