Just wanted to share my arbonne testimony, but mine is a tad bit different as I'm trying to gain muscles but lose fat at the same time. Pic below is a 90-day transformation, about 90/10 nutrition. One caveat is that I do measure my macros. 💜 So if you have any clients who think this is just for people who wants to lose weight, please share my pictures. Or the ones who are in the bodybuilding world, tell them this is straight up #arbonneproduced muscles. I used to be a hater of vegan protein cuz I was too stupid to know their value until I got on this Arbonne lifestyle! It's all about living the healthy lifestyle, eating clean and fueling your body with the most effective and dense nutrition to achieve your goals. I workout about 6 times a week, cardio 5X (Peloton rides mostly). Excuse the grind face 😂😂😂

    I am proud to announce I was able to do 20#DB(a low weight for me but better than I expected) on the TGUs, and all the burpees with full PUs, despite having an arm injury. The jump rope started to really hurt my forearm/elbow so i had to adjust. But I see this as hopeful. In the past, any injury would put me down for weeks bc #fibromyalgiaf*ing sucks for muscle recovery and repair. It would litterally suck all my energy away into some unreachable void. I am more tired than I have been as my body tries to heal my injury but not down and out. And I am not bs-ing when I say my supplements make a HUGE difference in reducing my inflammation and therefore many of my symptoms.     Do you LIKE to exercise? Yesterday was a great day! I usually have to force myself to exercise, mostly because I have back issues. But, my back has gotten much better over the past several months and I’m so thankful for that!! I had so much energy yesterday that I WANTED to go for a jog!! And that never happens 😂 only a 2 mile jog and it took me 30 minutes (hey, I got short legs 😂), but I’m hoping to keep improving! Live food (raw plants - fruits and veggies) has its own enzymes that aid in digestion, provide much needed nutrients and antioxidants and create new, healthy cells that lead to healthy tissues, organs and systems. DEAD food does the opposite. It requires more of your body to aid in digestion, doesn’t promote life nor contributes to giving your body nutrients it needs. What plant foods do you crave? How many colors of the rainbow are you getting daily? As for me, I eat what I can and also daily take in concentrated plant powders to bridge the gap. Good nutrition benefits everyone but none of us can physically get enough every single day.
