It is SO important to have a healthy relationship with food when trying to reach our goals! 💖 For so long we have been stressing about “what to” or “what not to eat”, avoiding our favorite treats, and feeling bad if we indulge from time to time.🙋🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ ⠀ We are HUMAN and we ALL get cravings. We all treat ourselves from time to time and it is OK❤. . Now cookies are AMAZING. Who's team cookie?!🙋🏼‍♀️🍪 Eating a cookie is not going to ruin your progress and it does not mean that you have failed.. Did you enjoy it?! Did you feel satisfied?! OFCOURSE you did😍 Move on and don’t ever feel bad for eating them when you crave them, you can still achieve your goal while enjoying a treat from time 💖⠀ .⠀ It is important to change our mindset and stop demonizing some foods. The next time you eat a food that triggers negative thoughts call yourself out, and try to shift these thoughts into more positive ones🥰 Be more aware of your mindset! . .
