Find a tiny speck within an area of your life to improve and use this mantra when the thought/feeling to take action or couragous arise. .

Tiny to tremendous. The results of practicing Do It Now start small but then compound into other areas of your life. .

It's like creating a new relationship with yourself. The Worrier is the old relationship and the Warrior is the new one. .

Once your relationship with the voice in your head shifts to The Warrior, action and courage will become your default. .

I travel about once-twice per year  take into consideration that I track my calories and macros (following an IIFYM diet approach) this means I’m counting what I eat most days of the year, this helps me stay on track to reach my fitness goals 
⁣⠀
So when I go on holiday for a week or two, it’s the least of my problems 🤙 you should NOT be trying to count your calories during your holidays , a week out of your entire year will not ruin your progress 
⁣⠀
The worst case scenario is that you will gain 1-3lbs of fat, but don’t let the scale deceive you! 🤷‍️ because it will appear as if you’ve gained 5-10 lbs, but 70% off that weight will be water weight and retention , so please remember it’s not all fat and will disappear within a week or two of drinking enough water and doing exercise

Live a little and don’t worry on your vacations, there is MORE to life than worrying about your diet for a week or two ...it’s HEALTHY for you and your mind to have a break from your dieting and fitness ️

    Дорога ужасно долгая и утомительная. Ехала я через Одессу, пересекла границу Молдавии, потом много-много посёлков и литры кофе, чтобы не заснуть. Для меня кофемана это идеально, а ещё эта обстановка... дальнее путешествие, закаты и рассветы. В общем все было бы идеально, если бы не заканчивалось. Но даже эта атмосфера утомляет. Сложно выдержать 8 часов поездки (700 км) в сидячем положении. Тем более, что мы с папой решили выехать не днем и даже не вечером, а ночью (чтоб не по жаре ехать). Днем каждый занимался своими делами, а вечером все время ушло на сборы, поэтому времени на сон вообще не осталось. Поэтому по приезду домой я проспала до пол первого и в час дня только позавтракала. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Либо из-за того, что большой перерыв между приёмами пищи, либо потому что был долгий сон аппетит с утра у меня был неплохой.

Started my day off right this morning as I decided to walk to work now I’m able to do so! It only took me 20minutes which I was surprised by. Doing this most days (morning and evening) will help me get my steps in as my job is either mentally running around or not moving at all. Also I’ll save on my petrol, bonus right?  .

A plateau is when fat loss stalls after you've been dieting for some time.

A plateau is NOT:
🥑When your weight doesn't go down one week
🥑When you're losing weight slower than you would like
🥑When you're not actually adhering to your calorie deficit
🥑When your weight isn't moving but other factors (pictures, measurements, etc.) show progress

Other factors that may be affecting your weight loss progress:
Sleep
Stress
Illness/Injury

Make sure you prioritize quality sleep, reducing stress, and healing any illness or injury before adjusting your calorie deficit.

Usually, the quickest way to see fat loss progress again is to reduce your calorie intake. HOWEVER, this is not always the *best* thing to do.

Keep in mind that whenever you adjust your calorie intake, your metabolism will adapt to maintain your body weight at that level.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So the further you decrease calories, the more you slow down your metabolism
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And the easier it will be to GAIN BACK the weight long-term, unless you go about a structured reverse diet phase.

If your calorie intake is already low (see below), then you may be able to create a deficit by increasing your calories burned instead of lowering your calorie intake.

However, it is much harder to measure calories burned, so it won't be as precise of an approach.

Protein is obviously important to build muscle. Although there are many different sources available, some are leaner than others. A leaner protein doesn't mean that it's better. It simply means that more of it's calories come from protein and less from fat. A mistake that a lot of people make when tracking their macros is that they only track the protein of a certain food and forget the rest. If you do that, you're probably consuming a bunch of extra calories from fat without noticing. -
Typically, red meat, even the leanest cuts, will contain a higher percentage of fat. Some of the leanest protein sources are chicken breast, white fish, and egg whites. If you're looking to include more fat in your diet, it's fine to include some fattier protein sources. On the other hand, if you're looking to limit your fat from other sources, you can go with a leaner source. Just remember to track ALL of the macros, not just the protein. -

Build strong firm hamstrings and calf muscles while building knee stability.
The slight difference between lying vs seated is the body and knee positioning. With lying weight is reversed vs seated, the knee positioning is upright & supported by the pad to stabilize while performing the hamstring curl. Both type builds strength, tones, stabilizes the knee joint and challenges the core. The choice depends on the health of the knee, hamstrings and preferences. This is my favourite lower body exercise to build strong, firm hammies

What you didn't know about boxing 🥊 .

Boxing is one of the best cardiovascular workouts there is. Yes, it is a fighting style, but it can get you lean and fit in a fun way. One of the reasons it burns so many calories is due to the fact it utilizes so many muscles such as the shoulders, the core, the calves and legs, and even a very neglected muscle called the serratus anterior which is worked as you protract your shoulder when you punch. In terms of your core, all the rotational work and changing of levels challenges your core a lot which is why you see many boxers have solid cores and string sixpacks. Boxing challenges reaction time, coordination, balance and endurance. I train my clients starting with the basics steps then slowly add cardio to it; not only is it good to know how to throw a punch like a jab or cross if someone tries to take your coffee ️ , but it is also a fun way to get fit, lean and let the stress out on the bag  🥊 .

    How to do dumbbell pullovers?

.
1️⃣Lie your shoulder blades across a flat bench at a 90 degree angle. 
2️⃣Your back should be straight and knees bent, with feet firmly on the floor.
3️⃣Grip a dumbbell with both hands and hold it straight over your head at arms length. 
4️⃣Keeping the arms straight, lower with the shoulders and slowly arc the dumbbell down behind your head until it reaches the height of the bench.
5️⃣Slowly raise the dumbbell back to the starting position and repeat. .
Notes: .
Keep the arms straight and do not bend at the elbows. .
Keep the dumbbell under control at all times, controlling the range of movement and not lowering too far or moving beyond the over head position. ALWAYS ensure the dumbbell is secure. Fixed weight dumbbells are preferred and loose plate dumbbells are not recommended

Here’s an awesome easy 3-ingredient peanut butter cookie  recipe that’s sooo easy to make, it’s nuts!

 170 Calories each!
⠀ ⠀8g protein, 6g carbs, 14g fat each!

🥜 PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 🥜
——— Makes about 9 cookies! ———
To make: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all 3 ingredients together until well blended. Roll into 1″ balls and put on an greased sheet. Bake 12 minutes. When cool enough to handle, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely and ready to be served.

Starting position

1️⃣Stand with a loaded landmine between your legs.
2️⃣Bend at the hips and a little at the knees and grasp the landmine bar just under the plates with both hands. You can either interlink your fingers or place one hand over the other. Instead of grasping the landmine bar, you can also hook a double-row bar around it. Your back should be straight and close to horizontal.
Execution

1️⃣Keeping your elbows close to your body, exhale as you pull the landmine to your chest.
2️⃣Hold for a count of two and squeeze your back muscles.
3️⃣Inhale as you lower the landmine in a controlled manner until your shoulders stretch downward. Don’t allow the landmine to touch the floor.
Repeat.
Comments and tips

Keep your back straight and close to horizontal.
1️⃣Pull with your elbows, not with your biceps.
2️⃣Keep your elbows close to your body.
3️⃣If new to the landmine row exercise, start light to give your lower back time to adapt.
