    Anyone who says that you can’t be strong, aesthetic, and flexible doesn’t know how to program. Took the 125s for a spin to the CHEST after my 6th set. Finishing up with serratus slides and chest flies with sternum engagement off the bench. KILLED my abs with this one. Three things: I did NOT drop or slam my weight; this is NOT a beginner workout and I do NOT work at this gym.     Mann, I hate diets! There is a new fad diet launched daily and it catches on as it promises quick results. In a world where we're now so clung on to having everything in an instant, we've become impatient. We're willing to take up unhealthy diets, giving up on eating fats, carbs, eating less than 1000 calories etc etc.. things your body actually NEEDS. Our body needs energy and nutrients in order to sustain itself and remain optimal for growth, recovery, strength, mentally and other bodily functioning..these diets are not realistic. Eat nutritional, whole, and natural foods, eat food to satisfy your body within reason and avoid the depression.. just a small calorie deficit WILL work with CONSISTENCY and PATIENCE. I am living proof of this and it has become a lifestyle for me. I eat within reason, always ending the day with a small calorific deficit but happily eating what I want.. and you know what.. I'm losing weight. I know the weight will not come back because I'm not on a diet.. this is my life and I LOVE FOOD!! . What is the purpose of trying to lose weight for health reasons if you are damaging your health in other ways during the process? . Last time I hit a 405 bench I was 20lbs heavier and it wasn’t with a pause or close-grip.
