    -  5 ingredients, 15 minutes!  This portobello mushroom pizza is my new favorite snack. Simple ingredients, tasty AF and easy to make - that’s what I’m all about. Instructions below:

What you need:
1 mushroom cap 
1/4 cup mariana sauce
1-2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
2 olives 
2 basil leaves

What to do:
1 - Preheat oven to 350F
2 - Scoop out inside of portobello mushroom (the ribs doesn’t have to be all of it, just most of it)
3 - Top with marinara, basil, cheese & olives
4 - Cook for 10-12 minutes
5 - Enjoy!

It’s been something that I’ve been constantly working on trying to improve even though I sometimes struggled like we all do. Since I’ve found out that I’m pregnant this has become an major challenge. I mean, don’t get me wrong, we are beyond excited to meet the little mouse that’s growing inside, but for someone that gaining weight/ being overweight has always been a fear it’s quiet difficult to see how your body change without you being able to stop it. To make things harder, sometimes you feel so sick you don’t have the energy to drag yourself up and get to gym. For today I’ll stop the rant just there. Change, how have you managed to deal?

• Neither is necessarily better for You, it depends on your fitness and health goals!
• How long you exercise and how many calories you burn is more important than how hard you exercise. • If you want to lose weight so fast and burn more calories, running is a better choice. But walking also helps you maintain a healthy weight. • So Running and walking, both have similar health benefits.

    2011 saw a huge weight gain due to depression and such. Went to 300ish. And after several realizations I knew it was time to apply what I already knew as spiritual practices. Once back on track and applied Metaphysical Weight Alchemy I went from 300+ to 165 which was my intention.     2011 saw a huge weight gain due to depression and such. Went to 300ish. And after several realizations I knew it was time to apply what I already knew as spiritual practices.     Yesterday I met this friendly but butt kicking person @trutleman1422 at my gym and made straight a appointment for a gym session today. I’m used to all kinds of different workouts but never was really in to all those machines at the gym. I guess this will be my new thing. My goal is a 90 day workout challenge including swimming one day after another and the days between an 1hour gym workout. I will do three days in a row, one rest day with just walking, followed by another 3 days. Joel had a good mix upper body workouts and cardio for me today and I will follow it until he’s mixing it up with a different workout plan. Before we started, he put me on the scale, checked my weight and BMI. Short: Body Composition Analysis. The obesity analysis quiet shocked me but I know exactly what I want.  I’m sure with Joel’s professional help I will archive my goal. 
Today is the start for my 90 day workout challenge. I will do it the same way like last year with my slim fast diet, posting my daily workouts and results. This keeps me going and not giving up.
