    Being healthy doesn’t just consist of eating salads, don’t get me wrong salads are good for you (when well balanced) . However I find it better to focus on getting your nutrients in & creating well balanced eating habits full of veggies, proteins & carbs. -Set a timer for 25 Minutes
-Grab 10 or 15 lbs. dumbbells
-Put 25 or 15 lbs. plates on a barbell.

The circuit:
Perform 12 reps of: Sumo deadlifts, Dumbbell squat and presses and finally body weight glute bridges. Complete as many rounds as possible. If you have a group this big, the two groups with the least amount of rounds completed have to do mountain climbers for 2 minutes.

    Nå.. for ikke at glemme at mit liv også indeholder andet end min depression, så har jeg lige en milkshake jeg virkelig gerne vil dele “opskriften” på  Den har været på min plan lige fra start tror jeg faktisk, men jeg har aldrig så meget som overvejet at lave den. For hvorfor drikke sine kalorier når man kan få et helt måltid for den?  Men nu ligger jeg altså tilpas højt i kalorier (3050kcal dagligt) at jeg simpelthen er mæt hele døgnet rundt og derfor synes jeg at den her milkshake er passende at få inden min træning. Mængden (jeg tog lige mig selv i først at skrive “doseringen” -det må være en arbejdsskade) er måske lidt voldsom hvis ikke man skal have så mange kalorier, men så kan man jo enten reducere mængden eller dele den med en veninde/ven🤷‍️ Men here we go:.
• 400ml soyamælk (jeg bruger den med vanilje og nu jeg skriver det, er jeg da lidt i tvivl om den også gælder på planen) .
• 125g banan.
• 100g æble.
• 10g vanilje proteinpulver (kan undlades).
• 5-10 isterninger. 
Alt hældes i en blender og blendes til den er helt smooth og lækker. 
Jeg havde lige lyst til at den skulle være lyserød, så jeg tilsatte lidt acai pulver🦄

    Hello, Gorgeous day to all!

    Totally forgot I had this video , was going to post a couple of days ago but I caught up with cleaning and decluttering stuff. Also from being sick  . Feeling better but still not quite there.

On Friday, i was ready for squats. I wasnt expecting to hit a PR .. I was going to do chest and triceps that day but I was planning that for Saturday instead. Which we all know never happened  anyway I was pumped..it was hot assss fawwwwwk but I was super pumped.. I managed to squat 275x2 . To me it felt alright like I wanted to go up in weight so 285lbs it was.. I did the first time which I didnt record  (whata dummy) and by the second time I just couldn't do it..I mean I did it but not really yaaa know ..i pushed up because I didnt want the barbell fall and have all those guys look  lmaoo cause if that were to happend I would've ran off
