This weight buried me at comp 10 days ago, wide grip, with a belt and wrist wraps. Smolov jr cycle paying off like I knew it would. 130kg next week. . ✅100kg x 6. Improving for sure. This was after 10x3 @100kg. . 👌Gonna train upper body 4 times per week for next few months cycling through 6x6@70%,7x5@75%,7x4@80%,10x3@85%.Going to work off a training max of about 90% of true max so I can get through the sessions pretty quickly and easily without equipment too.     Aujourd'hui très très bonne séance avec @mrjaune, on a fait que du squat et du bench mais j'ai pu PR sur les 2 exos. Ici 97.5Kg à la claque et 90Kg x3 à la claque aussi. 2 gros gros PR surtout le 97.5Kg qui est monté très vite. J'ai aussi PR au squat avec un 3x3x130Kg (je n'ai jamais fait +1 rep avec ce poids). Excellente séance pour nous 3 avec des PR pour tous.

    Собираем сумку на соревнования! Что брать с собой? 🤔 Вот наступает тот самый день, к которому ты упорно шёл, готовился, перелопатил тонны железа, соблюдая режим сна и питания! Осталось выйти на помост и показать то, на что готов!!! И порой в этой предсоревновательной суете пакуешь сумку в последний час перед выездом на турнир. Это первая ошибка!🚫 Собираться надо заранее! Спокойно прикинув, что нужно взять с собой, а лучше составить список!📝 🔴Итак, дам тебе несколько полезных советов исходя из своего тренерского и соревновательного опыта. 🔹Вода🥛. Основа основ! Возьми с собой бутылку чистой воды и бутылку воды с электролитами, например Регидрон! Или как вариант бутылочку Ессентуков. Чтобы восстановить электролитический баланс и предотвратить судороги и спазмы. Особенно актуально для тех, кто гонял вес!☝️ 🔹Еда🐹. В день турнира никаких белков! Они тебе не нужны! Перед взвешиванием приём пищи зависит, попадаешь ли в весовую или есть перевес. Смотреть по ситуации! В идеале, чтобы до взвешивания было прям на донышке в желудке! После взвешивания - загружаемся! НО не стоит есть все подряд! Ты же не хочешь оставить все сьеденное там на помосте! Подходи с умом к делу! Простые нежирные углеводы, вода, кофе и вперёд поднимать! 🔹Разогревающие мази, кофта🔥. Обязательно возьми с собой Никофлекс и тщательно перед разминкой разотри суставы. Это предотвратит травмы! А зачем спросишь нужна кофта? Вот ответ: в перерывах между подходами кофта не даст мышцам остыть! Особенно актуально в осенне-зимний период. 🔹Всякого рода предтренировочные комплексы🤯. Да, приветствуются. Чтобы разогнать психику. Но не переборщи и используй только испробованные варианты! Эксперименты на соревнованиях ни к чему! Как по мне, лучший предтрен - чёрный кофе☕. ---------------------------- Хочешь много поднимать❓И к тому же иметь здоровое и рельефное тело?     Don't Fall for it! . Alright so passive modalities (foam roller, massage gun, massage. Ect) all play a role when treating pain, recovering from previous injuries, and even correcting certain muscular dysfunction, but most of the time it is not the answer! . Passive modalities do have their benefits and I still use these things today but the problem is when you aren't actually doing the work that will make long lasting changes to the way your body functions and moves. . Which is done by following an active approach. . This means YOU have to move YOUR body. . YOU have to take the time to strengthen and improve YOUR body's capabilities through proper mobility work. . YOU have to DO IT. . Or you can not do anything and continue with temporary fixes 🤷‍♂️
